1. Eligibility
Anyone with a valid OBSYNK account can become a creator and upload prompts. Verified Creator status requires application review.
2. Ownership
Creators retain full ownership of their uploaded prompts and media. By uploading, you grant OBSYNK a non-exclusive license to display, market, and distribute your content on the Platform.
3. Originality
Only upload prompts you authored or have explicit rights to. Republishing or scraping content from other marketplaces is prohibited and may result in suspension.
4. Commission
OBSYNK retains a platform commission of 10% on each paid prompt sale. The remaining 90% accrues to the creator’s earnings balance.
5. No Guaranteed Earnings
OBSYNK does not guarantee any minimum number of views, sales, or earnings. Performance depends on quality, demand, and marketing.
6. Payouts
Creators may request payouts once their available balance meets the minimum payout threshold. See the Payment & Payout Policy.
7. Conduct
Creators must respond honestly in reviews, must not engage in fake engagement, and must not coerce or harass users.
8. Removal & Suspension
We may remove content or suspend creator accounts that violate any Platform policy, with or without notice.
9. Taxes
Creators are solely responsible for declaring and paying all applicable taxes on their earnings in their jurisdiction.
