Filing a Notice
To submit a takedown request, email support@obsynk.io with: (a) identification of the copyrighted work, (b) identification of the infringing material with a URL, (c) your contact info, (d) a statement of good-faith belief, (e) a statement under penalty of perjury that you are the rightsholder or authorized agent, and (f) your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice with similar information including a statement under penalty of perjury.
Repeat Infringers
Accounts that repeatedly infringe will be terminated.
Misuse
Knowingly submitting a false notice may result in legal liability and account suspension.
