1. Creator Ownership
Creators retain ownership of the prompts, descriptions, images, and videos they upload. OBSYNK does not claim authorship.
2. License to OBSYNK
By uploading, creators grant OBSYNK a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, store, reproduce, modify (for technical purposes), and distribute the content on and through the Platform, including marketing channels.
3. License to Buyers
When a buyer purchases a premium prompt, they receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to use that prompt to generate AI outputs for their own use, including commercial purposes by default unless the creator restricts it.
4. AI Outputs
Outputs you generate from purchased prompts are your own, subject to the rules of the AI model provider you use. OBSYNK is not a party to those outputs.
5. Restrictions
Buyers may not resell, redistribute, or publicly publish the raw purchased prompts. Creators may not falsely claim ownership of others’ work.
